THE OPPORTUNITY

This role reports directly to the manager of Budget and Planning, will be responsible for providing administrative support for Budgeting, Legal Processes, and Vendor Registration Support.



  • Budget allocation including Increase budget submission and guiding Company's Process and Policy assurance.
  • Vendor Registration Support

    • Working closely with NJ accounting and customers to ensure a smooth and efficient completion of the vendor registration process by addressing any questions or concerns promptly and accurately, fostering clear communication and following up on any outstanding requirements to achieve successful registration.


  • Executive Assistant

    • Coordinating with relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of monthly schedule tasks and deliverables.
    • The booking travel arrangements and submitting expenses, which are essential in ensuring the smooth operation of a business. This individual but play a crucial role in keeping employees organized and enabling them to focus on their core responsibilities. Efficiently handling administrative duties which will contribute to overall productivity and success of the organization.


  • Legal Process

    • Will work closely with the legal department to upload and execute Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure that all necessary legal documentation is in place and the terms of the agreement are clear for both parties.




QUALIFICATIONS



  • High School Diploma, College Degree preferred plus 4 years of comparable experience in a similar role
  • Minimum 4 years of administrative support experience
  • Must be bi-lingual in Korean/English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Must possess strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize and use excellent judgment, and work under pressure.
  • Possess effective customer service, communication, and writing skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.


Base Pay Range: $51,000 to $64,000

This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed. This position provides a Non sales incentive bonus.

Recruiting Range
$51,000 - $65,000 USD
