The Opportunity:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to serve as the Director of Logistics. This strategic leadership role will oversee and manage the logistics operations for a nationwide service program, ensuring the seamless supply of parts and accessories to customers, partners, and facilities. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, leadership, and guidance to their team while supporting companywide initiatives to drive the overall success of the business. Reporting directly to the CFO within the Finance Office, this position will ensure compliance with budgets, contract requirements, company reporting standards, and motor carrier regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage annual, monthly, weekly Logistics budgets and KPI metrics to track performance and report directly within the organization.
• Leading Logistics cost saving transportation activities developing planning, reporting and execution strategy.
• Draft, review, and maintain Logistics / Supply Chain contracts with various vendors of various sizes to support the operational goals and missions of the organization.
• Familiar with Accounting and Invoice standards of the National Motor Carriers as team will be responsible to review risk management, audit, and payment of invoices on behalf of the company.
• Capability and knowledge of industry standards, compliance and regulatory requirements to maintain good standard within the industry and with logistics vendors.
• Identify and settle logistics risks and issues quickly to ensure business continuity.
• Knowledge of US Customs C-TPAT program and requirements to maintain good standing and certifications for the company.
• Control scrap / recycling program (e-steward level) for multiple facilities supporting corporate level enterprise pledge.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless flow of parts and materials through the worldwide and domestic supply chains.
• Lead the development and review of logistics and policies and procedures.

Qualifications / Education / Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field; with 10 years of proven experience.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in ability to lead, motivate and manage teams.
• Experience in the consumer electronics or home appliance industry is highly desirable.
• Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bilingual Korean / English preferred
