The QA Associate (DQA) prevents mistakes or defects in manufactured products and works to correct problems when providing solutions or services to customers.

Salary: $63,000 Annually

Responsibilities:



  • Revise DQA standards as necessary and make an EP approval
  • Make a test plan at development stages of DV/PV
  • Monitoring on compliance MP control on a monthly basis
  • Make President Safety Report
  • Maintain test equipment
  • Carry out proper documentation in labs
  • When requesting a test to a credible test/evaluation institution, review the validity of test conditions/methods, and review whether the test results can be used as data applicable to labeling/advertising
  • Establish and revise the performance and reliability test and inspection standards for product quality assurance
  • Shall accurately identify all the quality characteristics to be evaluated in the qualification test conducted in the development from the failure estimation viewpoint and shall establish the test plan through discussion with R&D
  • Establish the new test method for 4 News (new technology, new method, new material and new function) and prepare matters related to evaluation work such as equipment, instruments and specifications in advance
  • Establish and revise the performance and reliability test and inspection standards for product quality assurance
  • Analyze test results using statistical tools such as Minitab
  • Knowledge of statistical process control
  • Perform duties assigned by superior (Part/Team Leaders)


Requirements:



  • 3D / 2D CAD software experience
  • Strong understanding of production of complex equipment and system integration
  • Ability to use strong skills in analyzing, troubleshooting and evaluating problems
  • Bachelors degree in mechanical / electronic / electrical engineering
  • Occasional international travel required
