JOB SUMMARY Vaco Technology is currently seeking a Senior D365 F&O ERP Specialist for a Direct-Hire opportunity located in Addison, TX 75001 (onsite 3-4 days per week). The Senior D365 F&O ERP Specialist will ensure the successful delivery and management of multiple enterprise software implementation projects that involves dynamic change management for successful project delivery. The Senior D365 F&O ERP Specialist will configure, implement, and support the ERP Platform. The Senior D365 F&O ERP Specialist must possess extensive hands-on experience in business process design and optimization. The ideal Senior D365 F&O ERP Specialist will have knowledge of manufacturing business processes, eCommerce technology (basic), and Data Management. The Senior D365 F&O ERP Specialist will collaborate with business users to train on functional usage, assess their business processes, align system functionality, and determine root cause of issues, including business processes and/or system configurations, documentation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the ERP platform software applications in a qualitative way to meet functional and non-functional requirements. The Senior D365 F&O ERP Specialist will continuously be involved in scaling the organization through M&A, working across global operations, to streamline ERP functions across the enterprise.
