Be part of an exciting opportunity to work at a ground up state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located at 2014 Bushy Park Rd, Goose Creek, SC, slated for occupancy in the Fall of 2025! When complete there will be over 140,000 square feet of purpose-built advanced manufacturing, assembly and testing space and the facility will have the capability to manufacture, integrate and test large components for DRS's advanced naval electric propulsion systems. The new facility will play an important role in spurring economic growth in the region through building a network of regional business partners, universities and other organizations that will work closely with DRS. In the interim until the Fall 2025 occupancy, travel is required to Fitchburg, MA (up to 30%). Under direction of Senior HR Leader, coordinate the Company's human resources activities in compliance with company philosophy, objectives, and legal requirements. Implement HR programs, policies, procedures, and practices that focus on attracting, retaining, and developing the employee base. Responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources functions for Company.
