About The Job:

As the Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will assist the Accounts Receivable Manager in providing statistical information to Management regarding outstanding functional errors, credit rebill outstanding, etc. This position will also be responsible for the coordination of daily clearing of system errors/kickouts. This position will closely interact and provide support for the Credit Department. Accounts Receivable analyst should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness, as well as have excellent communication and an ability to work independently. This position requires strong Excel/Google sheet. Strong organizational skills are required to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will be engaging, motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented, personable with a desire to learn and grow professionally.

What You'll Do:



  • Research system issues and coordinate the correction of the issue to ensure timely customer invoicing.
  • Work as a liaison between Enterprise Solutions, Division sales and Accounts Receivable to understand and clear issues.
  • Prepare biweekly statistics regarding errors to provide to management.
  • Prepare biweekly statistics regarding credit rebill requests.
  • Research outstanding items and determine the course of action.
  • Recommends improvements to accounts receivable policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Skills You'll Need:

Education. Must have a BS Degree. Business or Accounting major preferred.

Experience. Prior accounts receivable experience is preferred.

Organizational Skills. Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work. Ability to prioritize and handle simultaneous tasks under tight time pressures.

Interpersonal Skills. Candidates must possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to make decisive conclusions and judgments with limited guidance.

Technology Skills. Intermediate computer skills required, and experience with ERP software is preferred. Intermediate knowledge and experience of Excel is required.
