Skills to be able to design, prepare and preform, all appropriate welding types to meet or exceed engineering and or manufacturing specification. Provide timely repairs to all shoring equipment and be able to identify material defects on all shoring inventory. Knowledge and understanding on how shoring works to be able to provide correct repairs, Adherence to OSHA compliance and safety practices as related to welding and shoring requirements. Perform non-structural repairs to manufacturers specifications and Herc quality and efficiency standards. Perform other duties as requested by manager/supervisor. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Ability to travel Valid driver's license Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Arc, MIG and TIG welding Ability to safely lift up to 50 LBs Experience reading specifications, schematics and blueprints AWS certification and/or technical welding training preferred Skills Customer Service Skills Ability to deliver quality results Verbal and written communication skills Strong math skills Req #: 61576 Pay Range: TBD Please be advised that the actual salary offered for any position is subject to the company's sole discretion and may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, location, and overall fit for the role.
