As an Accounts Payable Specialist at Journey Group, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our construction projects. Your responsibilities will include timely processing, verifying, and reconciling vendor invoices and credit card transactions. You will efficiently match vendor invoices with purchase orders, ensuring all documentation and approvals are in place before payment, while also tracking credit card receipts and entering charges into our accounting system. You will actively resolve discrepancies, maintain confidentiality, and provide support for audits. Your commitment to collaboration and communication will strengthen relationships with vendors and project managers, making you an essential part of our team's success at Journey Group.

To thrive as an Accounts Payable Specialist at Journey Group, your educational foundation should include an associate's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
