Manufacture Support Representative

Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Manufacturer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive in communication, driven in both collaborative and independent settings and is excited to deliver exceptional service to our manufacturer partners. In this role, you will drive consistent service quality to our manufacturer partners from creation to completion of service requests. Applicants should understand that this role requires flexibility in terms of working hours and will be discussed in the interview process.

Main Responsibilities

  • Entering service requests from manufacturers, entering all applicable notes, specific instructions, and parts
  • Actively monitoring open service requests, communicating status updates to the manufacturer, and working with other teams to drive requests to completion.
  • Coordinating with service delivery specialists to drive compliance with response time, return to service.
  • Document service issues according to department protocols, escalating when necessary to ensure resolution.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Establishing positive relationships with manufacturer partners by providing timely and effective support, resolving issues efficiently, and proactively addressing concerns.
  • Tracking service performance with reporting, identifying gaps, and working with management or other departments to improve our service experience.
  • Driving compliance in accordance with our manufacturer partners requirements by assisting technicians, dispatchers, and all back-office support

BasicQualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, and/or restaurant management
  • Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing manufacturers' needs and expectations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and aptitude for business systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management, and problem-solving abilities that enable effective multitasking and task prioritization.
