As an EHS (Environmental, Health, & Safety) Intern, you will be responsible for actively participating in the learning process in order to gain skills, enhance proficiency and provide value to yourself and the organization. You will actively work to improve safety measures in our offices, warehouses, shops, and for all employees. This is an engaging semester-long internship opportunity for current college students to gain valuable hands-on experience. What You Will Do in This Role: Participate and be engaged in the learning process. Assist the Environmental, Health and Safety department. Follow instruction and direction as given by management. Adhere to defined training plans and work schedule. Communicate effectively and professionally. Complete all necessary documentation as required. Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations. Our Ideal Candidate: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills. Above average computer skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects and/or tasks. A valid driver's license is required.
