*Top Skills' Details* 1) Experience with Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service ( EKS) 2) Experience with Terraform 3) Experience using Gitlabs for CICD 4) Experience with Python (specifically for automation & deployment) *Description* Looking to bring on a Cloud SRE to own the operations transfer from a 3rd party partner who is turning over ownership of an Iphone app used in their manufacturing process. This is a part of a larger effort to modernize their business which historically their manufacturing process. This position will sit onsite 4 days a week (1 day remote) in their IT building in Orlando. This position will fall under the operations team, but heavily interact with the Advanced Technology team who builds and supports their internal applications. They are not strictly agile as they have regulatory deadlines, but will be sitting in on daily stand ups with the Adv Tech team. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems/management, or equivalent work experience and one or more of the following certifications A+, Network+, Server+, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, MCSE, MCSD * Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) and/or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) preferred * 1+ year experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra, and/or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect * Linux Foundation Certified IT Associate (LFCA) CERTIFICATION * AWS SysOps Admin associate certification required or equivalent work experience (with expectation of certification within 12-18 months of employment) * 3+ years of professional experience administering/deploying/operating Kubernetes solutions built on AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) * Knowledge of various virtualization technologies in multi-tenant, private and hybrid cloud environments * Experience in logging and monitoring tools (ELK/Grafana/Prometheus/Loki) * Must have knowledge/experience with the following AWS technologies: VPC, EC2, EBS, S3, Network (ENA, IGW, DXGW, TGW, DNS, etc.), ALB, IAM, Billing, Monitoring/CloudWatch, Automation/Cloud Formation, RDS, Organizations, API Gateway, Lambda, Control Tower * Ability to lead and contribute to the development, maintenance, and usage of deployment and task automation (OS, database services, virtual networks, or other platform services) * Experience in scripting (Python, BASH, PowerShell, etc.) and building required automation using standard technologies * Experience in software development (Web, cloud, Linux, and Windows) using: .NET, C#, Python, SQL, HTML, CSS, ECMAScript, Angular, KnockoutJS * Experience with CI/CD Pipelines: GitHub Pipelines, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Bitbucket pipelines, Circle CI, YAML * Knowledge of the principles of data communications and telecommunications. * Familiar with disaster recovery/Disk ima *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
