GENERAL SUMMARY
The Customer Order Administrator is responsible for order processing services for the Municipal or Industrial Business Unit by receipt of orders and change orders from DeZURIK representatives. Order Administrators are ultimately responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all customer orders. Order Administrators are also responsible for receiving, reviewing and processing customer change orders. This position is responsible for the accuracy of the order to the customer purchase order, verifying product combinations, reviewing product modifiers, calculating & verifying pricing, discounts, commissions, valve actuator extension lengths and evaluating information for accuracy to customer purchase order for configuration, dollar value, applicable tax rates and addresses. WORKING CONDITIONS Normal manufacturing and office environment. When working occasionally in some shop areas, personal protection equipment (PPE) will be recommended and/or required (safety shoes, safety glasses w/side shields, hearing protection, face shield, gloves, apron and boots). Must have the ability to support extended business hours to meet customer business needs. SALARY AND BENEFITS DeZURIK offers a competitive hourly rate in the $22.24 to $26.70 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
