Contact Center Engineer (NICE CX1)

Duration: 6-12 months

Overview: Our client is seeking a Contact Center Engineer with expertise in NICE CX1 to facilitate the migration of Avaya Contact Centers and the setup of new contact centers over the next year. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills and a background in healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Design and build new NICE CX1 contact centers, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for current and newly established NICE CX1 contact centers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and operation.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for efficient ticketing and workflow management.
  • Maintain strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective interactions with stakeholders.
  • Comfortably participate in all internal and external meetings via video conferencing.


Requirements:



  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with NICE CX1, including recent implementations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment, understanding operational nuances and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow for ticketing and workflow management.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken formats.
  • Comfortable with regular participation in video conferences for internal and external meetings.
