Learn more at: https://prominence-health.com/ Job Summary: The Community Relations Representative will serve as the point of contact for Prominence Health in the Southern Nevada market, with an emphasis on both provider office engagement and local community brand awareness. The role will perform a variety of support, advocacy, education and communication outreach, and will rely heavily on building and developing relationships with key physician/offices, and strategic community sales partners. The role will assist in coordinating Commercial event activities and local provider initiatives needed to drive sales opportunities and improve our brand. The Community Relations Representative will work closely with local Commercial Sales and Marketing leaders and provider relations to educate partners about our products and services and address customer issues promptly. The position will collaborate with marketing operations to develop, plan, and implement a provider strategy needed to improve our Southern Nevada provider relationships with engagement consisting of visits to provider offices and facilities. A strong candidate will work in tandem with the Marketing team on general marketing activities as assigned and uphold the Prominence brand and product messaging. This role is also responsible for building and maintaining a public positive image within our markets. This position requires someone who is extremely organized, able to manage multiple events simultaneously, has experience with maintaining an annual events calendar, is excited to seek out new opportunities that meet company goals, can measure effectiveness and results, and apply learning to future efforts.
