Vector Solutions is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience and insight into various HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement.

What You'll Do:

  • Help maintain employee records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and training programs.
  • Participate in special projects to improve HR processes and employee experiences.
  • Assist in conducting surveys and gathering feedback to drive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the HR department.
Requirements
  • Must be an upcoming junior or senior pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferably in the second or third year of study).
  • Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
  • Must be able to work a hybrid work schedule (2-3 days in office) out of our Tampa office.
