In this role, you will:
Lead as a dynamic and experienced Product manager focused on our Product - Led Growth (PLG) strategy. In this high-impact role, you will own the vision and roadmap for improving user onboarding, driving feature discovery and adoption, and enabling upsell opportunities through self-service product flows. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of leveraging data-driven experimentation to drive product and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Product Led Growth Strategy: Lead the PLG charter by designing and implementing the vision and roadmap that enable users to easily discover value and motivate them to grow usage and investment in the product.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage user data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of product changes on key growth metrics like activation rate, retention, and revenue growth. Utilize experimentation methods and analytics to gather actionable insights and continuously refine the user journey.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with feature-owning teams within ShareFile Product, as well as Product Marketing, Sales, and Systems teams, to align strategy and execution to drive business outcomes.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and implement opportunities to improve self-service upsell and conversion experiences to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Deeply understand customer needs and behaviors to inform product improvements and drive user satisfaction.
- Self-Service Experience: Manage and enhance in-product upgrade, account management, and billing experiences. Represent user needs in self-service purchasing and collaborate with financial systems teams to implement changes to these in-product experiences.
Your background:
- Bachelor's Degree (Business, engineering, or computer science preferred)
- 5 years proven experience in Product Management, with a focus on Product-Led Growth strategies in software.
- Solid understanding of experimentation methods, such as A/B testing, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a deep understanding of SaaS metrics and user behavior analytics.
- Demonstrated success in driving user engagement and adoption through self-service product experiences.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to articulate vision, strategy, and results effectively.
Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have:
- Experience with product led billing flows and collaborating with finance systems
- Experience with pricing and packaging and competitive benchmarking
- Experience with Pendo for driving and analyzing customer lifecycle
- Background in B2B cloud software with a focus on collaboration is a plus
