JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for duties pertaining to machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance of Coldspring's assets. Duties to be performed with attention to safety standards and limited supervision. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment. Fabricate, install, and move various machinery. Read and understand blue prints, diagrams, and schematics to assist with troubleshooting, parts identification, and assembly. Operate tools proficiently such as but not limited to grinders, welders, torches, and measuring tools. Perform assigned 5S duties. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: The ability to work and communicate with all types of personalities. Needs the skills and knowledge to perform the essential and secondary functions of this job. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and manual dexterity. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma, vocational diploma in related field helpful but not needed. 2-5 years in related field or equivalent vocational diploma.
