Job Overview The Media Sales Specialist will work directly with recognized brands, agencies, and vendor partners to secure advertising revenue and establish themselves as a trusted resource for clients. The Specialist manages their own accounts and collaborates with Sales Leads to support larger accounts. They are responsible for developing sales-related materials including presentations, RFPs, custom proposals, etc. Seeking input from cross-functional teams (including Media, Analytics, Product, and Finance) as required, the Specialist ensures the team's main objective of maximizing sales revenues while ensuring utmost client satisfaction is met. What You Will Do
Skills You Will Need Sales and Negotiation: Proven ability to secure advertising revenue and build strong relationships with recognized brands, agencies, and vendor partners. Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills, including prompt responsiveness to client requests and thorough follow-up to ensure client satisfaction. Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze campaign results and identify opportunities for enhancing client satisfaction and performance, demonstrating a data-driven approach to decision-making. Online Advertising Expertise: Deep knowledge of the online advertising space, including exchange and audience-based selling, with experience in retail media highly desired. Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, essential for effectively conveying ideas and proposals to clients and stakeholders. Stakeholder Management: Experience managing multiple stakeholders, such as vendors, marketing agencies, and media owners, as well as cross-functional teams, to ensure project success and alignment with objectives. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail in marketing activities, including the development of sales collateral, presentations, reports, and project plans, to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
