The hiring range for this role is: 107,666.00 - 150,995.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.

This role provides leadership and guidance on data governance operations. Works with data owners enterprise-wide to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to and assists with rules on new data needs. Provides oversight on data policies and use cases and develops action plans to align BCBSA data owners to the data governance policies. Supports data analytics and data delivery efforts to include guidance on proper data selection, data relationship, creation of reports / analytics and quality review of department work products.
Primary Job Functions
Education, Experience, and Certification Education Required: Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, healthcare or equivalent experience
Preferred: Master's degree in business, information technology healthcare or equivalent experience.
Experience Required:
5 years of progressive health insurance experience 5 years of work experience with health care data and health care process / operations 5 years of experience in delivering major initiatives in a health care related field Experience with defining/documenting business processes, creating data flows and defining metadata in a formal data governance and business architecture environment
Preferred:
Progressive health insurance experience in a Blue Cross Blue Shield plan Experience with health care data and health care process / operations in a Blue Cross Blue Shield plan Experience in delivering major initiatives in a health care related field Experience with defining / documenting business process, creating data flows and defining metadata in a formal data governance and business architecture environment
