The Marketing Department Coordinator will have primary responsibility for administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the Marketing Department in a variety of areas. The Marketing Department Coordinator will schedule meetings, arrange travel, track budgets, prepare documents, and process expenses. The person in this role will also handle administration of the CLE (Continuing Legal Education) process and tracking. The Marketing Department Coordinator will assist with organizing and tracking charitable donations, coordinate internal communications and support the events, business development and marketing teams on an as needed basis.

How You'll Help Our Team Succeed:

  • Schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements for the CMO including, managing travel plans and itineraries, arranging meetings and conferences.

  • Process all expenses, invoices and credit card reconciliation documents.

  • Track, code, and submit department invoices, adhering to all deadlines, and expediating payments as required.

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of CLE rules and requirements for all states in which the firm is an accredited provider, including but not limited to dates by which applications and reporting must be submitted, application requirements and continuing education requirements.

  • Coordinate the process of determining CLE credit for inhouse events, ensures compliance with all applicable CLE regulations in the states the firm is an accredited provider.

  • Maintain and update department content on the firm's intranet (CornerZone), including posting appropriate all firm communications.

  • Provide ad hoc support to the Marketing team as necessary.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role; preferably in a professional services environment.

  • The desire to take initiative and actively contribute to the team and the firm

  • The ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to learn the firm's financial and operational functions.

  • The mindset to provide superior service.

  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.

  • Bachelor's Degree

A job offer and its corresponding salary will depend on one's geographic location, and how closely a candidate's skills, experience and education match the requirements for the role. At Cornerstone Research, we believe compensation is more than just a base salary. We offer a competitive total compensation package that includes an annual performance bonus and comprehensive benefits including a variety of healthcare plans, paid time off, transit subsidy, wellness benefits and retirement plan contributions.

Chicago: $52,500.00 - $66,700.00

New York: $57,000.00 - $72,000.00

Washington, DC: $54,300.00 - $68,700.00
