Project Manager (PE)

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and helping less-experienced staff in designing and creating construction plans, technical calculations, reports, and permitting for Hillpointe, LLC's multi-family development projects in Georgia, Florida, and the Southeast.

Essential Responsibilities:



  • Mentoring junior engineers
  • Managing project timelines
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations
  • Providing construction administration services.


Qualifications:



  • A Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • A Professional Engineering License and Erosion Control Certification are preferred.
  • Over 4 years of advanced experience in designing and producing construction plans, particularly in site grading, stormwater management, and utility plans
  • Proficiency in software like AutoCAD Civil 3D and Hydraflow.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and independent work skills.



Compensation Details:



  • Salary or Wage Range: The salary range is $135k to $165k
  • Additional Compensation: Annual 3-5% merit increase
