Clinical Pharmacist - Part Time Evening

Overview

The Clinical Pharmacist ensures the Pharmacy provides optimal clinical services daily. He/she assists the Pharmacy Director in providing efficient, quality pharmaceutical care for patients through the lifecycle and functions using the framework of the organization's policies and procedures.

EDUCATION REQUIRED

Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy

EDUCATION PREFERRED

Doctor of Pharmacy degree

LICENSURES OR CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Currently licensed to practice Pharmacy in the State of Georgia

LICENSURES OR CERTIFICATIONS PREFERRED

None

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Experience in Hospital Pharmacy

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Completion of an ASHP accredited residency

Comparable clinical pharmacy experience may substitute for a Doctoral degree or ASHP accredited residency.
