Summary:

The Case Manager - Early Childhood role focuses on children ages 0-3 and includes parent coaching and team consultation with the goal of promoting early child mental health, resilient parent/child relationships as well as supporting the achievement of positive intervention outcomes for clients.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution with a specialization in Psychology, Behavioral Health, Social Work, Special Education, Counseling, Rehabilitation, or closely related field required.
  2. License/Certifications: Valid Driver's License required. Eligibility for LSW licensure preferred.
  3. Experience: Two years of experience working with a broad spectrum of clients with mental health diagnoses preferred. Two years of experience working with children and families with a broad spectrum of cultural and socioeconomic background required. One year of experience in the field of early childhood development preferred.
