Your Role With Us:Salem Health is seeking a collaborative, team-oriented, innovative human resources leader to assume the newly created role of Human Resources Operations Manager. This management role is responsible for the following functions: Serves as the primary point of contact for compliance-related programs associated with the recruitment lifecycle. Oversees Talent Acquisition administrative functions, including but not limited to: pre-employment and on-boarding, immigration, community recruitment, and locums.Directs the operation of the HR service delivery model and develops processes that align with expected business outcomes, including service center triage and employee support, regulatory readiness of HR records, and HR digitalization. Experience: Minimum of three years of direct supervisory experience required.Recent progressive experience that includes professional level expertise in recruitment/hiring and/or Human Resources.Demonstrated knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to clearance for hire and/or immigration processes.Special knowledge, skills and abilities:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.Ability to adapt to changing business needs and a fast-paced environment.Working knowledge of laws, acts, and regulations governing Human Resources and employment practices and activities.Must have excellent analytical/research skills and the ability to make critical judgments to achieve resolution of moderately complex issues.Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Requires self-direction and the ability to exercise judgment in prioritization, accuracy, and promptness in handling multiple, complex priorities and deadlines.Preferred qualifications: Experience working with HRIS systems, ATS, and/or recruitment software preferred.Proven track record of managing complex onboarding processes and workflows.Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
