ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

This Analyst level position will require strong skills in project & process management, problem solving, building & managing relationships and strategic thinking. This person is responsible for ensuring that Inspire's sales incentive programs are administered accurately and in a timely fashion. This position will interface with Sales, Human Resources, IT, Finance, Marketing and other functional areas as needed to align incentives with business strategy in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. This role must be flexible for changing priorities, able to work without supervision.

OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE

  • Responsible for the implementation of sales incentive plans and programs
  • Responsible for administration of quarterly sales incentives
  • Become a subject matter expert for our sales incentive administration application
  • Perform financial forecasting activities related to revenue projections and sales compensation spending
  • Create analytical models and tools to evaluate incentive plan costs and effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain advanced trending tools and analytical models to aid with business understanding - improve organizational effectiveness
  • Manage one or more external vendor relationships for the systems we are utilizing;

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 or more years' experience in one or more of the following fields: sales operations, incentive compensation design, incentive compensation administration
  • Demonstrated skill in the areas of: project management, building and maintaining relationships, problem solving and strategic thinking
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of databases and systems
  • Proficient in MS Access and Excel as well as MS Office suite
  • Demonstrated ability to complete assignments of increasing complexity
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently with changing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, execute and report on projects

Preferred:

  • Masters degree in a related field such as Business Administration
  • Multiple years experience with designing and implementing sales incentive plans
  • Proficient in one or more data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
  • Proficient in working with data tables (MS SQL, MS Access)
  • Previous or current experience with one or more customer relationship management systems such as SalesForce.com, SAP, MS Dynamics, etc.

SALARY

The salary for this position is expected to be between ($90,000 - $133,400) and will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
