Now, we're looking for a Retail Training Manager to help drive success by equipping our teams, lottery personnel, and retailers with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive.

Position Overview:

This role offers a dynamic mix of office and field work. You'll spend part of your time at our corporate office, designing training programs and collaborating with internal teams. The rest of the time, you'll be out in the field at retail locations, delivering hands-on training to lottery retailers and working with them on our training module, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to succeed.

As a Retail Training Manager, you'll:

  • Develop and implement training strategies, materials, and programs for employees, lottery personnel, retailers, and vendors.
  • Lead engaging training sessions on Intralot hardware, software, and lottery best practices.
  • Organize and track training enrollments, schedules, and resources.
  • Gather feedback through trainee surveys and interviews to continuously improve training programs.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest instructional methods and technology.
  • Collaborate with leadership, trainers, and managers to align training with business goals.
  • Travel as needed to conduct onsite training.

What you bring:

  • An associate or bachelor's degree in relevant marketing/training experience.
  • 3 years of experience in training, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills-you're a natural at explaining complex ideas.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage timelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. when needed.

Main Responsibilities: Under the direct supervision of the Deputy General Manager, performs the following duties and responsibilities. Other miscellaneous duties may be assigned. .

  • Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
  • Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, and equipment.
  • Instruct employees, lottery personnel, retailers, vendors, and others as assigned in use of Intralot hardware and software.
  • Instruct employees, lottery personnel, retailers, vendors, and others as assigned in lottery procedures and practices.
  • Conduct trainee surveys and interviews.
  • Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership.
  • Track and compile collected data.
  • Experience with technologies and best practices in instructional manuals and teaching platforms.
  • Ability to travel
  • Capable of lifting and carrying 30 lbs.
