Must be able to be onsite in Los Angeles 3x/week. -Drive creative consistency in our environments that foster creativity, innovation which enable people to do their best work. -Manages and maintains multiple, simultaneous projects through all phases (including brand design) with a high level of accuracy, timeliness and follow-up with consistent and concise communication with project managers & cross functional teams, local & regional (internal) teams -Provide support through guidance, feedback, and help realize a design vision (both architecture & brand). This vision will be provided in creative briefs for external design architects, consultants or artistic / brand agencies. -Review and markup construction & architectural design details, brand-related drawings, FFE & lighting specifications to ensure proper coordination of design intent. ? Maintain a strong working partnership with program managers to ensure that the project scope meets budget. Collaborate and lead value engineering exercises if needed to stay within budget and schedule. ? If required, specify finishes, and production methods for architectural, print and branded design efforts ? Partner with planning & occupancy leads to incorporate programming needs into physical space. Assist with workplace assessments (with the support of a space programmer) for the Portfolio and Transaction teams to enable site renewal and/or new selection Qualifications -Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent practical experience. The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $70 - $86 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
