Job Overview: Spearhead a strategic manufacturing plant for Ingersoll-Rand products. Oversee a team of managers and all aspects of the manufacturing facility. Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements: This will be a fully site-based position with minimal travel (<10% for supplier & business meetings) The pay range for this role is $170,000-$210,000, excluding incentive opportunities. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location. Hired applicant will be eligible to receive (discretionary/nondiscretionary) annual bonuses and incentive compensation. What we Offer?
