Compensation and Rewards Analyst

Utz Quality Foods is currently seeking a Compensation and Rewards Analyst to join our team in Hanover, PA. Reporting to the Director of Compensation, this analyst will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing competitive total rewards programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent in a public company setting. This position is responsible for ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives, adherence to regulatory standards, and implementation of industry best practices.

*This is a hybrid position, so the candidate does have to be within a commutable distance to Hanover, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and analyze base pay, incentive, and equity programs to ensure alignment with the company's objectives.
• Conduct market analyses to ensure competitiveness and make data-driven recommendations.
• Administer annual salary review and merit programs.
• Assist with Long Term Incentive plans and pay equity program.
• Ensure all programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including SEC and public company reporting requirements.
• Prepare reports and analyses for audits, compliance reviews, and executive presentations to ensure SOX compliance.
• Fulfill a variety of reporting requests requiring data manipulation and extraction.
• Educate employees on compensation offerings, i.e., 401(k) and ESPP programs.
• Analyze employee engagement survey results for effectiveness of compensation reward programs.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams to align rewards strategies with broader business goals.
• Mentor junior team members or analysts in the Total Rewards space.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation within a public company.
• Strong knowledge of compensation structures, total rewards design, and market benchmarking tools.
• Familiarity with SEC reporting and compliance in a publicly traded environment.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP Workforce Now).
• Proficiency in utilizing Compensation Analysis platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
