Job Purpose We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to support, manage, and optimize our HRIS systems SuccessFactors. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as we revolutionize or systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS implementation, maintenance, and user support, along with a passion for process improvement and data integrity. They will have experience working with SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, PeopleSoft, or other full service HRIS systems. The HRIS team works cross-functionally, giving this person an opportunity to interact with colleagues across business units and functions at Albany. Responsibilities
- HRIS Implementation and Management
- Support the end-to-end implementation of HRIS solutions, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Responsible for gathering, reviewing, and prepping data for upload to new HRIS System
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of HRIS with other business systems.
- Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and vendor releases while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- System Administration
- Serve as a point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Develop and document system workflows, procedures, and user guides.
- Training and Support
- Train HR team members and end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
- Responsible for working with highly sensitive and confidential information, maintaining the confidentiality of the information used during the normal course of business.
- Ensures information is maintained according to privacy, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
- Willingness to collaborate and support in additional tasks that arise within the HR team, depending on the company's needs and the employee's experience.
This is an onsite position 5 days a week with travel as required. Compensation: The position is based in Rochester, NH. The salary range for this role is $87,000 to $104,800 per year. The final salary will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Qualifications: Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5 or more years of experience with HRIS Systems, SuccessFactors Preferred

- Expert skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: VLOOKUP, macro workbook, pivot table, strong understanding of Excel functions & formulas).
