Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marine Assurance to lead our safety and quality management systems across all Foss operations. This role is critical in fostering continuous improvement, enhancing marine assurance initiatives, and driving operational excellence across our fleet. The Director will work closely with operational leadership, regional managers, and key stakeholders to proactively mitigate risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will develop and execute long-term HSQE strategies, provide expert guidance on training and compliance, and champion a best-in-class safety culture. What the job entails:
