Label Finishing Operator

Pay Range: $16 - $18 per hour

Shift Available: 2nd Shift: 2 PM - 10 PM

As a Label Finishing Operator, you'll operate and maintain label finishing equipment to ensure high-quality finished products and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain label finishing equipment
• Follow established procedures to ensure high-quality output
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to equipment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Label Finishing Lead

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in label finishing or a related field, or equivalent training
• Basic knowledge of label finishing processes and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., stand for extended periods, and operate machinery
