Management of Group Revenue Strategy

  • Manage Group Forecast
  • Create Group Plug forecast (based on rooms and meeting space availability)
  • Review and Update Definite group wash weekly for monthly forecasts
  • Present group forecast to DOSM/DORM/DOS
  • Review, analyze and edit MARs and Transient Protected
  • Provide Group Displacement Analysis and Follow Up for Outstanding Business Review decisions
  • Participate and Provide Analytics for Access Business Review
  • Evaluate and Approve requests for additional rooms from Sales - Conference Managers and Group Coordinators
  • Favor rate requests
  • Oversee Analyst to enforce current Group Histories on all Definite Group Business
  • Assist with renovation displacement scenarios
  • Assist in Management of Revenue Analyst
  • Ensure the update of Group Grids (once a week at min.)
  • Oversee completion and train Analyst on Sales Month End report (once a month) completed by Analyst
  • Oversee Lead Management and ensure effective distribution by Analyst and Sales Coordinators
  • Delphi Maintenance enforce standards and compliance (once a week)
  • Ensure accuracy of Turnovers / Addendums turned by Analyst
  • Attend Group Pickup Meeting and assist and direct Analyst on managing the daily group cut-offs

  • Communicates effectively with other departments to allow operations to best provide And More service to guests
  • Is polite, friendly, and helpful to the guests, management, and fellow employees and can interact professionally with all levels of staff, ranging from hourly employees to executives
  • Promotes and applies teamwork skills at all times
  • Complies with hotel uniform and dress standards and maintains a professional attitude and appearance at all times
  • Have knowledge of, understands, adheres to and models all employee standards
  • Has a thorough and accurate knowledge of hotel facilities and the hours of operation for all food and beverage and recreation/entertainment operations
  • Complies with hotel policies and rules
  • Maintains cleanliness and excellent condition of equipment and work area
  • Remains current with hotel information and changes
  • Executes emergency procedures in accordance with hotel standards
  • Complies with safety regulations and procedures
  • Attends all appropriate hotel meetings and training sessions.

Other

  • Notifies immediate supervisors promptly and fully of all problems or unusual matters of significance
  • Recycles whenever possible
