Job Description Job Title: Capability Lead - Electrical & Electronics Working Pattern: Fulltime Working location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid working) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Capability Lead - Electrical & Electronics to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on flagship Rolls-Royce programs and play a vital role in solving some of the most complex and interesting technological challenges in industry while being part of a global, multi-disciplinary team. In this role, you will travel up to 20% domestically and internationally. As the Capability Lead - Electrical & Electronics you will be responsible for covering the scope of developing the people, process and tools for the control and monitoring systems. This includes accountability for; developing engineering personnel, delivering capabilityimprovement, and ensuring standards and regulations are adhered to. You'll ensure compliance to process throughout the life cycle activity and ensure that world class capability is effectively utilized to provide products and services that satisfy business requirements.
