Job SummaryWe currently have an opportunity for a Summer 2025 Intern in the Communications Division to join the team and experience hands-on learning and training. The intern will assist with video shooting, editing, graphic design, and onsite event photography. This position requires working onsite 3+ days per week in our Lake Zurich, Illinois office. U.S. work authorization required: Fresenius Kabi will not sponsor work visas or other employment authorization. Pay rate is $19.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on completed academic years Fresenius Kabi does not provide a housing stipend or relocation assistance for summer internships. Responsibilities This position requires working onsite in Lake Zurich, Illinois3+ days per week. Must commit to 10 weeks of internship. Film, edit, and produce short videos for social media channels, showcasing events, employee stories, and broader brand awareness objectives. Create graphics and digital assets for social media and Engage (internal communications social media channel), aligning with brand guidelines. Capture high-quality photos at events for internal and external use. Collaborate with the communications team to develop and execute multimedia content strategies. Perform video and photo editing to create polished, professional content. Organize and manage a library of multimedia content for easy access and reuse by the team. Ideal Candidate Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field at an accredited college or university. Proficiency/experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar design and editing tools. Experience with DSLR cameras or similar equipment. Strong storytelling and visual design skills. Familiarity with social media platforms and multimedia content trends.
