Location: Mt. Sterling, IL

Department: Office Support Services

Reports To: Office Support Manager

Hourly Wage: $15.00 - $19.29 per hour, plus bonus opportunity

As a Meeting Room Clerk, you will provide meeting and meal setup services needed in the Mt. Sterling meeting rooms and additionally back up Office Support Services.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • Manage and schedule meetings in Outlook
  • Code and allocate meeting expenses
  • Manage the quality of all meetings, on and off site, including safe-food handling, meal set up, clean up, delivery and storage
  • Arrange tables and chairs in meeting rooms in the specific set up requested
  • Ensure outstanding customer service is provided and complies with company policies
  • Follow and apply standard work and work instructions
  • Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position


YOU MUST HAVE



  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Illinois Driver's License
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook products
  • Proven customer-service skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Professional and positive attitude


YOU MAY ALSO HAVE



  • Experience working in both team and independent settings
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing requests
  • Knowledge of Zoom Room technology
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Food Safety Handler Certification


ROLE SPECIFICS



  • Schedule: 7:30-4:30 Monday through Friday with the ability to work flexible hours to meet the responsibilities of the job
  • Regular physical activity, including lifting 25 or 40 pounds repetitively
  • Standing and walking for long periods of time and routinely climbing stairs while carrying food trays, or boxes.
