Contact Center Digital Communications Supervisor Applicants must reside in Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, or Texas. The Contact Center Digital Communications Design Supervisor creates interactive and self-service tools to enhance customer and associate experiences. This role involves developing and sharing key messages through multiple channels, driving engagement with digital communication tools and user-friendly apps. Responsibilities include designing Power Apps for business updates, managing crisis communications, and maintaining SharePoint databases, surveys, and Power App tools for the contact center. What you will do Researches, designs, and develops self-service tools for the Contact Center, aligning with organizational goals. Creates and manages content for Safelite's intranet, email, and digital signage, ensuring user-friendly presentation. Administers the digital dashboard and project list, managing end-to-end learning projects and overseeing content development by vendors and SMEs. Utilizes feedback for continuous improvement. Maintains communication channels and platforms, including SharePoint, and manages content updates. Tracks and measures tool effectiveness, facilitates training sessions, and leads a team to support Safelite's digital communication efforts. Other duties as assigned. What you will need Bachelor's Degree Required 1-3 years experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI Required 1-3 years experience leading people or projects highly preferred Skills and Abilities Strong written communication skills Digital content design experience Microsoft Suite experience including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word UltiPro KRONOS, Verint15, NICE, ARTICULATE story line Our people are passionate about what they do, the product they sell, and the customers they serve.
