Overview The 1,054-room Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport is the newest luxury hotel in the City of Boston, and the most significant hotel project in the city for the last forty years. The property features seven outlets for drinking and dining, a signature spa, fitness center, and rooftop pool. It boasts more than 100,000 square feet of meeting and event space, and caters to the most discerning clientele. Job Description Working alongside the Director of Food & Beverage, our new Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all aspects of the culinary and beverage operation, in accordance with hotel standards. The Restaurant Manager will direct, implement, and maintain an impeccable service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to respective staff. Working at Lifted Restaurant is not your average F&B experience, and no two days are alike. One day you'll be working with the Executive Culinary Team on menus, staff management, and outlet Operations, and the other you'll be working with the Marketing team on video/photo shoots, media/influencer visits, and exciting entertainment activations that tell the restaurants story. Responsible for the day-to-day operation for all restaurant functions, to include efficient and effective running of all events ensuring operating costs are minimized.
