NATURE AND SCOPE
This position reports to the Sr Manager, Enterprise Risk and operates out of our Headquarters. The Enterprise Risk Management Analyst Sr is responsible for leading the identification, assessment, and mitigation of complex risks across an organization by conducting comprehensive risk analysis, developing risk mitigation strategies, monitoring key risk indicators, and reporting findings to senior management, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements; requiring a strong understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks and advanced analytical skills to effectively identify and manage potential risks across various business functions.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years' experience in ERM or a related business function, preferably in the financial services industry. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Demonstrated ability to define problems, assess risk, analyze processes, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
3. Proven ability to independently organize work, balance multiple priorities, and manage a variety of responsibilities in a high-volume work environment with strong attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate risk information to various levels of management. Working collaboratively across multiple departments, interacting with personnel at all levels of the organization.
5. Must have a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to the position. Must understand and comply with all job-related state and federal laws and regulations.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABLITIES:
1. Risk Identification: Conducting in-depth risk assessment across all business lines, including operational, financial, legal, compliance, reputational, and strategic risk. Utilizing data analysis techniques to identify emerging risk and trends. Facilitating Risk and Control Self Assessments with key stakeholders to gather insights and prioritizing risk.
2. Risk Mitigation Strategy: Develops and implement comprehensive risk mitigation plans, including preventative controls as well as detective controls. Identifying control gaps and collaborating business lines to design and implement risk remediation actions. Monitoring the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies, working with business lines to adjust as needed.
3. Reporting and Communications: Preparing regular risk reports for senior management, highlighting key risk exposures and mitigation efforts. Present complex risk information in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders. Communicate risk management policies and procedures to ensure awareness across the organization.
4. Risk Monitoring and Governance: Establish key risk indicators and key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of risk strategies. Conduct ongoing risk monitoring activities and escalate critical issues to management promptly. Support the development and maintenance of a robust enterprise risk management framework.
5. Performs other duties as assigned.
