The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in managing asset receipt, movements, inventory accuracy, and location requirements. This position oversees the coordination of assets across departments to ensure the necessary resources are available for contract fulfillment. Using forecasting tools, the Logistics Coordinator anticipates future demands, providing management with critical insights to assess assets and resource capacity accurately. This role collaborates closely with the Sales team, offering guidance on inventory availability for customer RFQs. The role also collaborates closely with the Operations team to understand capacity and scheduling needs. By aligning customer needs with internal and external resources, the Logistics Coordinator enhances efficiency and productivity, ensuring timely delivery and ongoing project support. This position may also involve occasional direct communication with customers to address contract and asset-related inquiries. Responsibilities
