Requirements

1 year of previous accounts receivable/accounting experience | Experience with lien filing and sending lien to contractors | Strong attention to detail | Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and accounting software | Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Position Details



  • Part-time | Working 24 hours per week
  • 8 AM - 5 PM | Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  • Pay | $24 - $27.50 per hour



Accounts Receivable Clerk Duties



  • Process customer invoices and payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding billing and payment.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Send and manage lien to contractors.
  • Collaborate with other departments.
