About the Role The Director, eCommerce is responsible for the User Experience of the site as well as the coordination of content and storytelling that supports brand big ideas and seasonal initiatives. This is a hybrid role for an entrepreneur who is equally creative & has a good grasp on technology and is excited and inspired to create a beautiful and easy shopping experience. The expected starting pay range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 annually. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities. |
