Overview
The Instructional Designer will design and develop learning and practicing experiences in order to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner. The Instructional Designer will use strong interpersonal, written, and visual communication skills to bring together text, images, video and audio to communicate and educate our leaders and employees. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field Responsibilities Strong written and verbal English grammar, spelling, punctuation, usage & pronunciation. Knowledge & application of adult learning principles. Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts. Strong interpersonal skills in both client interactions and team interactions and a proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology. Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models. Lesson and curriculum planning skills. Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System. Essential Functions

Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $28.09per hour - $46.91per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
