Pantheon Data was founded in 2011, initially providing acquisition and supply chain management services to the US Coast Guard. Our service offerings have grown in the past ten years, including infrastructure resiliency, contact center operations, information technology, software engineering, program management, strategic communications, engineering, and cybersecurity. We have also grown our customer base to include commercial clients. The company has used this experience to expand our service offerings to other agencies within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of Defense (DoD), and other Federal Civilian Agencies.

Position Overview

Pantheon Data has a need for a Senior Requirements Management Analyst who is looking to continue their maritime experience with an awesome team. This candidate will work within the Ship Design Team to engineering support to the U.S. Coast Guard on a variety of acquisition projects coordinating requirement management efforts.

Responsibilities



  • Oversee requirements management and traceability, conduct feasibility studies, and provide documentation of design and change results.
  • Trace requirements; provide input to specification development, write, and incorporate comments.
  • Document and manage changes to specifications, and documentation.
  • Coordinate efforts related to development of program requirements and systems engineering documents and work efforts between technical and acquisition program staff.


Required Skills and Experience



  • Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • Documented experience with web-based collaboration tools and Microsoft
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data retrieval and analysis across multiple datasets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using Excel formulas, including VLOOKUP, to automate reporting and data reconciliation tasks.
  • Minimum of 6 years experience administering and maintaining requirements documentation related to a defense program.
  • Experience with a naval acquisition program is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with requirements management software, IBM Rational Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements Systems (DOORS).


Preferred Skills and Experience



  • Documented advanced level training/certification preferred.

Bachelor's Degree

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Work Location: Hybrid - two (2) days a week at USCG HQ (DHS St. Elizabeth's Campus in D.C.)

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $95,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
