The Associate Manager Web and Digital is responsible for executing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company's websites and digital solutions for Coloplast and its business units. This role focuses on utilizing the Optimizely platform to implement content strategies and ensure well-maintained, user-friendly websites that align with brand standards, including the eCommerce functionalities. This runs across Coloplast.US, ColoplastProfessional.US and ComfortMedical.com




Major Areas of Accountability




  • Utilize the Optimizely platform to manage and update website content as guided by marketing teams.
  • Assist in the design and layout of web pages to align with brand standards and enhance user engagement.
  • Monitor website performance and implement improvements based on user feedback and analytics to optimize the user experience.
  • Maintain the eCommerce portion of the websites, ensuring product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with marketing strategies.
  • Responsible for testing new features before deployment to ensure functionality and user experience meet organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of digital projects and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with global headquarters to maintain global standards set by the organization and ensure consistency across digital properties.
  • Conduct regular audits of website content and functionality to maintain quality standards, including eCommerce features.
  • Ensure full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations.
  • Ability to deliver clear requirements and work with development team to deliver key features and functionality.
  • Respond to and troubleshoot technical issues and ensure optimal performance across all websites
  • Other duties as assigned




Basic Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital solution development, project management or related role. Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in the Optimizely (EPIserver) or other content management platforms.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS and basic web development and design.
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills to facilitate updates in collaboration with U.S. and Global Teams.

Preferred Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or web development.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools.
  • Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and understanding user engagement metrics.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms and managing online product catalogs.

  • Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $72,221 - $108,332. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or incentives.
