TDXi, a subsidiary of Tanadgusix Corporation (TDX), an Alaska Native Corporation, is currently recruiting for the position of Logistics Engineer. This position is located at Eielson AFB, AK, and is a Full Time position. This position will report to the Site Manager.

JOB SUMMARY:

This position, located at Eielson AFB, AK, assists in performing limited aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to depot, local, or other supply activities. Assignments usually relate to stable or standardized segments of technical supply management operations; or to functions or subjects that are narrow in scope or limited in difficulty. The work generally involves individual case problems or supply actions. In addition, this job will provide support to the Quality Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:



  • Perform supply/inventory management-program functions including, but not limited to, determination of requirements, distribution and redistribution of items, procurement authorization, and disposition of excess property, reconcile inventory balances with physical counts and other supply functions
  • Collect, compile and prepare various reports with information from multiple sources for company and government requirements
  • Source and procure materials, components, and equipment required for production and operations.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any supply chain issues.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:



  • High School Diploma or higher; accredited Associate Degree or Technical Apprentice Program in electronics or equivalent highly desired
  • Experience in government/base supply systems and taking physical inventories
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals; experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.


Additional Requirements



  • US Citizen // Secret Clearance or ability to obtain is required (Top Secret Clearance or ability to obtain is highly desired)
  • Applicants must have a valid state driver's license
  • Ability to lift and handle minimum of 50 pounds
