We're looking for a summer intern to support our Associate Experience (AX) team and help make LocumTenens.com an even better place to work! This role is perfect for someone who loves event planning, employee engagement, and creating a positive workplace culture. You'll get hands-on experience working with associate recognition programs, engagement events, and employee feedback initiatives while collaborating with different teams across the company. What You'll Be Doing Assist in planning & coordinating associate events Support rewards & recognition programs by helping with milestone gifts, badges, and engagement initiatives Help organize & analyze employee feedback from surveys and focus groups Work on internal communication projects to promote AX programs and events Collaborate with EX Force (our associate volunteer team) to bring creative event ideas to life Pitch in on other fun and meaningful AX projects as needed What We're Looking For A people-person who enjoys bringing ideas to life and making work fun Organized & detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple projects Great communicator, especially when working with different teams Creative thinker who loves problem-solving and coming up with new ways to engage employees Why Join Us? Education/Certification: Candidates must be enrolled as 3rd or 4th year college or university student Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications. Proficient typing skills. Solid analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities. Well organized. Able to work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
