Summary Balfour Beatty is seeking a Compensation Manager to join our team. This individual will ideally be based at our Dallas, TX, location, but we will also consider someone in the Atlanta, GA, area. As a Compensation Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of compensation planning, design, and implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of compensation principles, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This position administers the company's equity plans (LTIP), advises executives regarding current compensation trends, and provides insight to executives on potential opportunities and threats to the business. This role procures the most appropriate salary data sources and utilizes it to implement best practice compensation programs and ensures that company policies and practices are compliant with federal, state, and local laws.
