ECD, a Pavion company is seeking a talented and motivated Nurse Call Service Technician to join our security business unit, specializing in the installation, maintenance, and repair in a hospital setting.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot low-voltage cable systems in a hospital or similar critical environments.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in data cabling infrastructure with efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.
• Document service calls updates clearly and professionally written and verbally

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years in electrical/electronic work, focusing on low-voltage cable installation and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in low-voltage system/data cabling infrastructure is essential
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to climb ladders and lift 50lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in hospital or healthcare settings
• Familiarity with safety protocols in critical environments
