Summary of Job Description:

The Senior Distribution Services Representative is responsible for providing timely responses to distribution issues based on daily interaction with all levels of Operations, distributors, and key stakeholders to resolve day-to-day and complex third-party distributor service issues.This position collaborates with Operations and internal and external stakeholders to improve distribution performance, fostering open communication and continuous improvement initiatives.The Senior Representative analyzes performance data of distribution partners to ensure alignment with service excellence, cost efficiency, and quality standards and monitors distributor performance metrics against agreements. This position leads initiatives to enhance domestic and international supply chain processes and participates in contingency planning and crisis management efforts.

You'll get a chance to:

  • Be responsible for providing timely responses to distribution issues.
  • Interact daily with all levels of Operations, distributors, and key stakeholders to resolve day-to-day and complex third-party distributor service issues.
  • Collaborate with Operations and internal and external stakeholders, to improve distribution performance, fostering open communication and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Follow communication standards and protocols with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for improvement through operational and stakeholder feedback and makes recommendations.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance domestic and international supply chain processes and participates in contingency planning and crisis management efforts.
  • Analyze performance data of distribution partners to ensure alignment with service excellence, cost efficiency, and quality standards, while identifying areas for enhancement opportunities.
  • Monitor distributor performance metrics against agreements and resolves service issues through daily interactions with Operations, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison between Panda distributor partners, Operations and key stakeholders, gathering insights to resolve distribution issues and enhance collaboration.
  • Participate in Regional Operations Meetings and conducts store visits to identify region-specific challenges and gather insights. Develops and implements corrective actions in collaboration with distributors.
  • Analyze data and provides insights that contribute to improved operational efficiency and transparency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support initiatives to improve supply chain systems that enhance operational transparency.
  • Assist in the design and execution of training programsaimed at enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of the Distribution Services team.
  • Proactively supports high-priority, cross-functional projects and special initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify areas for improvement and drives initiatives to ensure continuous operational excellence and team growth.

Your background & experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum five years of business experience, preferably in fields such as Supply Chain, Customer Service, Food Service environment, Account/Project Management, and/or Business Analytics
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required training
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
  • If hired, successful completion of annual store training

Work Environment:

  • Travel 30-35%

Pay Range:P3: $80,000 - $126,500 / Annual

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
